Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mr Problem primarily provides home and office services. Therefore, standard shipping does not apply to most bookings made through our website.

For products, equipment, spare parts, or materials supplied as part of a service:

• Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the customer.
• Delivery time may depend on supplier stock availability and location.
• Any delivery charges will be communicated before confirmation where applicable.
• Installation dates may be arranged separately from product delivery.

For service bookings, our team will attend the service location according to the confirmed appointment.
