By booking or purchasing a service from Mr Problem, you agree to the following terms:

1. Prices shown on our website may be estimated prices and may vary depending on site conditions, service requirements, materials, manpower, and scope of work.
2. Final pricing may be confirmed through a quotation, inspection, WhatsApp confirmation, invoice, or other written communication.
3. Additional work that is not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.
4. Customers should provide accurate information regarding the service location and problem before work begins.
5. Payment must be made according to the payment terms stated in the quotation or invoice.
6. Any deposit paid may be used for manpower booking, material purchasing, transportation, or project preparation.
7. Mr Problem will take reasonable care while performing the work. However, we are not responsible for existing defects, concealed problems, ageing equipment, structural issues, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.
8. Warranty, where applicable, covers our workmanship according to the conditions stated in the quotation, invoice, or service report.
9. Manufacturer or supplier warranties apply separately to equipment, parts, and materials.
10. By confirming a booking or quotation, the customer agrees to the scope of work, pricing, and applicable terms.
